Sport demands everything: your time, your focus, your body, and your emotions. Balancing it all while performing at your best isn’t easy. I understand that challenge on a personal level. I’ve competed in four half-marathons and three Olympic-distance triathlons since retiring as a high school and collegiate soccer player, and I know firsthand the pressure to perform, the grind of training, and the emotional toll that comes with balancing sport and life. Those experiences give me a grounded, firsthand understanding of what my clients face on and off the field.
I work with people of all ages navigating stress, transitions, or performance demands who are ready to grow but unsure where to start. You may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, or motivation, and want tools to manage emotions, stay focused, and feel more in control. If you value collaboration and want therapy that’s practical, culturally aware, and tailored to you, then together, we can build skills for you to thrive on the field, in relationships, or wherever it matters most.
I specialize in the mindfulness-acceptance-commitment model of performance psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy for performers, helping clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, improve focus, and navigate transitions. Regardless of your level of performance, I strive to be a supportive coach to help you define and reach your goals while building skills in emotional regulation, motivation, and attentional focus.
Starting mental performance work can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re under pressure to produce or hold everything together. You don’t have to do it alone.
